Interior Design and Staging
There is no doubt that home staging and interior design share a number of common elements. Both involve decorating a space with furniture, art and accessories and both rely heavily on a designer’s ability to create a finished product that’s both stylish and visually attractive.

Elegant, creative, progressive and functional are all useful adjectives to describe the end product of our interior design expertise. We work with our clients to achieve a maximum result within the allowed budget, taking the time and effort necessary to do the job the right way. This is accomplished by first listening to the wants and needs of the client before utilizing our knowledge, creativity and vast pool of design/construction resources to bring about simply amazing results.
Remodeling and new construction
The differences between new construction, remodeling and normal repairs can sometimes be confusing and are often treated differently by the Assessor. Under ordinary circumstances, new construction will add value to a property, repairs are typically considered a part of ordinary property maintenance and do not cause a change in the assessment, and remodeling, depending upon the extent, may result in an increased assessment.

Architectural
Architectural design is the heart and soul of what we provide. Our comprehensive architectural services include conceptual and schematic design which gathers information on the needs, style, and wants for the project, design development on where the schematic design is transformed into an approved project, construction documents to be given to a future contractor, also assisting with contractor bidding and/or negotiation and construction contract administration. Architecture embodies all we touch, and we are a combination of artists and tacticians, imagining, coordinating and creating some of the world’s most iconic places.
Plans and drawings
We understand the importance of translating all the design ideas to our clients so they can be able to visualice what would be the final concept of their project. A set of drawings or two-dimensional diagrams are used to describe a place or object, or to communicate building or fabrication instructions. Usually plans are drawn or printed on paper, but they can take the form of a digital file.
Permitting
This process can be overwhelming for some clients, however, we are able to take care of all paperwork necessary to perform major construction or remodeling project, whether is a residential or commercial. For example, a building permit application is required for any significant construction report. This application includes a Notice of Commencement, Release of Lien and Affidavit and all guidelines. This is a very important step of the process in which we have a vast of experience.
